Job Title:  AR - Office Administrator              

Locations: San Fernando

Job Description:   You will assist with the administrative functions of our busy Van Nuys branch.  Responsibilities include reports with Excel and Word, Daily Collection Calls, Phone Dispatch, Customer Service, File Maintenance, Invoice review and support of the Branch Manager.  

Job Requirements:

Number One, a great attitude.

Business to business  collection experience with heavy phone use is a must.

You need to have a basic knowledge of Excel and Word and good 10-key and typing skills.  Good organization and follow-through are a necessity for success.

A job history that displays these attributes is a plus.
