Job Title:  Office Administrator - Part Time

Locations: Manteca

Job Description:   You will assist with the administrative functions of our 5 - person Manteca branch.  Responsibilities include reports with Excel and Word, Daily Collection Calls, Phone Dispatch, Customer Service, File Maintenance, Invoice review and support of the Branch Manager.  

Job Requirements:

Number One, a great attitude.

Business to business  collection experience with heavy phone use is a must.

You need to have a basic knowledge of Excel and Word and good 10-key and typing skills.  Good organization and follow-through are a necessity for success.

A job history that displays these attributes is a plus.
